  • Description: Describe the copyrighted material. Include the name of the copyright holder here.
  • Source: From where did you get this image? If from a website, include both the name of the site and the URL.
  • Article: Which article will this image be used in? There should only be one article listed, since you must complete this template for every article in which you plan to use this image.
  • Purpose: Would use of your image significantly help explain the subject in a way that plain text or charts cannot? Would using it significantly conflict with the original purpose of the image?
  • Resolution: Is your image of a reasonable size at which it cannot be used to compete with the original copyright holder? The image should not be excessively large, and if it is, you should rescale it with an image editor. If you feel that a high-resolution image is necessary, you must provide an explanation.
  • Replaceability: Is the image replaceable by a free image that could serve the same purpose?
  • Other information: [OPTIONAL] Put any other arguments you may have in this field.
